Dan Lotano

As Chief Operating & Strategy Officer at GoodLeap, Dan drives the company's key strategic initiatives, from ideation to execution. His primary focus is on new innovative products and technology-driven solutions to meet the growing demand of GoodLeap's clients and homeowners.

Before joining GoodLeap, Dan held several leadership positions at NextEra Energy, Inc., including most recently as the President of EverBright, a fast-growing, technology-enabled clean energy marketplace for the U.S. residential sector. During his 17 years at NextEra, he led the initial public offering and management of NextEra Energy Partners, where he directed the acquisition and innovative financing of over $25 billion of renewable energy assets. He also led tax equity and project financing efforts for over $15 billion of utility-scale renewable assets, and corporate capital raising activities across both debt and equity securities.

Before joining NextEra, Dan started his career at General Electric as part of their finance and corporate audit programs. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Management and Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
