Manage your account with GoodLeap Home

Download the GoodLeap Home app or go to home.goodleap.com/sign-up and tap "Sign Up" on the first screen to set up your login, even if you already had an account on our legacy payment portal.

For the best experience when creating your login for the mobile app:

• iPhone users should use Safari as their default mobile browser

• Android users should use Chrome as their default mobile browser

From the login page, select "Forgot Password". You will be directed to reset your password through your email, as long as you have already set up your GoodLeap Home login. If you have not yet set up your login, select "Sign Up" and create it.

If you don't see an email, check your spam and junk folders.

No, your GoodLeap Home app and computer login is new and separate from any other login you may have previously used to make payments to GoodLeap. To get started, create a new app login even if you have an existing login for GoodLeap's legacy payment portal.

Your account will automatically show in GoodLeap Home after your project is installed and funded. You’ll receive an email notification when your account is ready to manage. Make sure your app login uses the same primary email address as on your GoodLeap project.

Yes, our legacy payment portal has been discontinued. To log into your GoodLeap account to make a payment, go to home.goodleap.com or download the GoodLeap Home app.
